The firm
iCareerSolutions was founded by Arno Markus, BA, MSc, CPRW as an executive resume writing and career services practice, and grew into a full candidate-side representation agency as the reverse recruiting model matured. Today the firm runs managed search campaigns for senior professionals and executives — VP, C-suite, and board-level candidates — across the United States and Canada.
The firm's practice is built on the premise the association now publishes as doctrine: most senior roles are filled through relationships and direct approach before they are ever advertised, so a serious search must be run as a campaign into that hidden market, not as a stream of applications.
