⇆ For professionals

Make reverse recruiting your profession.

Resume writers, career coaches, and recruiters are moving into candidate-side representation. The NRRA gives that work a real credential, a code of ethics, and national recognition — so clients can trust you and you can prove your skill.

Why certify

A credential does the trust-building for you.

Credibility

Prove the skill

Certification means you passed an examination and demonstrated real competency — not a self-declared title.

Trust

Stand behind ethics

The NRRA code of ethics signals to clients that you represent them honestly, transparently, and confidentially.

Visibility

Get found

A public directory listing and use of the member mark put you in front of job seekers looking for a professional.

The path

From your first credential to Master.

Certification is earned, not bought. You start by joining and completing the RR Certification Training, then advance through examination and reviewed real-world work.
