1. Who we are
These terms are an agreement between you and the National Reverse Recruiters Association, Inc. (Delaware incorporation in progress) (“the NRRA,” “we”). By using this website or the member portal, you accept them.
2. What the site is — and is not
The site provides information about the profession of reverse recruiting, the association's standards, and its programs. It is educational information, not career, legal, or financial advice, and not a guarantee of any employment outcome. Directory listings identify credential holders; hiring any practitioner is a contract between you and that practitioner, to which the NRRA is not a party.
3. Accounts and the member portal
You are responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that compromise security, violate these terms, or abuse the examination system. Examination content is confidential; recording, copying, or disclosing exam items is prohibited and is grounds for disqualification and ethics referral.
4. Membership, certification and honors
Membership, certification, and honors are governed by the bylaws, the published certification framework, and the Code of Ethics, which prevail over these terms where they differ. Credentials remain the property of the association and are revocable for cause. Fees are as published at purchase; refund terms are stated at checkout.
5. Credential marks
“NRRA,” the association seal, and the credential designations (including CRRA, NCRR, and CMRR) are marks of the association. They may be used only by members in good standing holding the relevant current credential, in the form the association publishes. Any other use — including implying certification that does not exist — is prohibited and may be publicly corrected via the registry.
6. Your content
If you submit content to us (applications, portfolio materials, competition entries, award ballots), you grant the association the limited license needed to administer the program you submitted it for, including anonymized use in judging. You retain ownership. You warrant that submissions are truthful and yours to submit — fabricated materials are grounds for disqualification and ethics review.
7. Our content
Site content is © the NRRA or its licensors. You may quote briefly with attribution and link freely; republishing substantial portions requires written permission. The competency model and Code of Ethics may be reproduced unmodified, with attribution, for educational purposes.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The site and portal are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, the NRRA disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or programs; our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid the association in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflicts rules. Venue for disputes lies in the state or federal courts sitting in Delaware, and each party consents to their jurisdiction.
10. Changes
