NRRA education is organized in two tiers: the career-services foundation every candidate-side professional needs, and the advanced reverse recruiting curriculum — the market-working skills that define this profession. Both feed the certification ladder.
The craft skills of serving an individual client — the disciplines reverse recruiting is built on.
Working the market on a client’s behalf — the skills that separate representation from advice.
Where it leads
The RR Certification Training packages both tracks into 10 modules and 31 lessons, ending in the CRRA examination and the blind-reviewed practicum portfolio. From there, documented practice and reviewed portfolios advance you to the NCRR and CMRR.
