The firm-level directory
Some searches are best served by a firm: a team of certified practitioners, researchers, and writers behind one engagement. These are the agencies of the profession — profiled by the association, held to its standards.
Why a firm
A solo practitioner brings one professional's attention; an agency brings a coordinated team — strategist, researcher, writer, and coach — plus the process maturity that comes from running many campaigns at once. Agencies profiled here commit their whole practice to the Code of Ethics and run engagements to the Standard Process.
Founding firm
The founding firm of the NRRA — and one of the earliest dedicated reverse recruiting practices in North America. Founded and led by Arno Markus, iCareerSolutions represents senior professionals and executives into roles that are never publicly posted: mapped target companies, recruiter distribution, direct approaches to decision-makers, and negotiation support, run as a managed weekly-reported campaign.
The firm's leadership wrote the first draft of the association's competency model and Standard Process, and its practice is the reference implementation both were tested against.

How profiles work
Every profile states the firm's membership class, its certified practitioners, and its standing in the registry. The founding firm is profiled first and most fully because its practice was the association's reference — as other firms certify staff and build verified track records, their profiles grow the same way. No profile, placement, or ranking is ever sold.
